At Mount Gilead, we have a strong desire to nurture children and provide a healthy biblical foundation for their lives. We provide several opportunities for their spiritual growth and would love for your child to be a part of these activities.

At Mount Gilead, your child’s safety is of utmost importance. Every one who works and volunteers with children (birth-grade 12) has undergone and passed a criminal background check. Additionally, we seek to provide a safe and well-monitored environment for our little ones while they are here. Our extended session facilities are secured to provide minimal traffic flow and monitored with security equipment.
It has often been said that children are the church of the future. This may be true, but we also believe children are the church of today. We have age-graded discipleship material designed to increasingly build your child’s knowledge of the God who redeemed and loves them.
On Sundays, children can learn to grow their relationship with Christ through their very own Connect Groups. Children 1st Grade and up accompany their parents to the worship service at 10:15am. K5 and below participate in our extended session where they experience play and an age appropriate Bible study.
On Wednesdays, we focus much or our church’s energy on our children as we host AWANA clubs thought out the year.
