How do I pre-register my group to attend? May I pre-register as an individual?

You can pre-register your group by clicking here (beginning November 4).  If you have questions concerning your registration, call the church office (334-792-4842). Tour times are available every 12 minutes starting on the hour. Once you pre-register, you will receive an email confirmation regarding your tour time and other information. Each tour will have up to 16 participants, but groups smaller than 16 can register. You can even register as a single individual ticket if you desire. If you are pre-registering a large group, please make multiple registrations which are most convenient for your group. For example, you may register a group of 26 people by placing 16 in one tour time and the remaining 10 in the next tour time. Please remember to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time.

I don’t have a reservation, can I still attend?

Of course! We run tours every six minutes and alternate these tours between walk-in guests and those who pre-registered. We actually have more walk-ins come and participate than we do those who have pre-registered. Although making a reservation is strongly recommended (It decreases your wait time and allows you to plan for other things like where you’d like to eat dinner!) they are not required. So if you’re a spur of the moment kinda person like I am or reservations are already full, feel free to head our way.

Can my group pre-register for a specific time?

Yes. Pre-registered Group Tour times are available every 12 minutes (for example: 5:00; 5:12, 5:24, etc.) beginning at 5:00 pm and continuing through 8:30 pm on Tues, Wed. and Thurs nights, and from 5:00 pm continuing through 9:30 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.   Each pre-registered group is asked to arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to their first tour time. There is the possibility that we may run ahead (or behind) schedule. Tour times are approximate.

Is there a cost for attending Walk Thru Bethlehem?

No. However, if you would like to donate, there will be a place available in the Refreshment Area of the Family Life Center.

Is Walk Thru Bethlehem wheel chair accessible?

Yes, and attendants will assist with any special needs.

What if it rains on the night I am pre-registered for?

If it is light rain, we will try to continue. Weather updates will be posted on the Walk Thru Bethlehem Facebook page. You can follow us on Facebook by clicking here.

Is child care available?

No. Unfortunately child care is not available for our guests.

Can I get a Walk Thru Bethlehem T-shirt?

Yes. A variety of sizes will be available for purchase.
