What to expect on Sundays

In the Parking Lot
Guest parking is located directly in front and to the right of the worship center and is marked by “Guest Parking” signs.

As You Enter the Building
When you walk in the door, you’ll be greeted by one of our members at the door. They will be able to answer any questions you might have.

Childcare
At Mt. Gilead, we LOVE kids! That’s why we’ve made it a priority to provide quality, high energy, and fun programming and events for children! Committed teachers come prepared to help kids, ages Birth through 6th Grade, experience God’s love through age-appropriate Bible studies, and hands-on learning experiences that help them connect with Jesus.

  • Preschool childcare ( Birth – 3 yr olds ) is available for both morning and evening services. Our preschool classes are located directly behind the Worship Center on the first floor of the Family Life Center.

  • 4 & 5 year olds attend a Sunday School Class at 9:00 a.m. and then move to Children’s church during the 10:15 a.m. service. Our preschool classes are located directly behind the Worship Center on the first floor of the Family Life Center.

  • 1st-6th graders are picked up by their parents to attend worship at 10:15 a.m. in the Worship Center.

Music
At Mt. Gilead, the musical aspect of worship is a great blend of worshipful praise songs to the rich hymns of old. We love new songs and we love old songs. We want the music to be a worshipful experience.

Sermons
Any given Sunday you’ll hear an unapologetically gospel-centered sermon centered around the teachings of the scriptures. To listen to recent sermons, please visit the sermons page.

Visitor Information Cards
We would love to have a record of your visit with us. Please pick up a Visitor Information card in the Worship Center Foyer. Please complete this information card and drop it in the offering plate.

What to Wear
Each Sunday, you’ll find people wearing a range of clothing from suits to jeans. The important thing to remember about what you decide to wear on Sunday is to be who you are.
